How do I contact the POA Board?
For normal business please email the board at [email protected] For time sensitive issues call (430) 477-1040. You may also attend the POA Board Meetings.
I’m not hearing about any of the meetings or events.
Make sure your spam filter allows communications from the POA. Oftentimes emails sent to a large number of recipients are sent to the spam/junk folder. Make sure to add [email protected] to your list of trusted senders. Contact the Secretary at [email protected] to make sure your current email address is on file.
How do I join a POA volunteer committee?
Please email the board at [email protected] and let them know what committee you are interested in joining and provide your contact information. A member of the board or that committee will get with you.
How do I get access to the parks?
If you are a Loon Bay homeowner email your request to [email protected] We will confirm dues are current and no previous key card has been issued. Our parks committee will then contact you arrange a meeting to have you sign the parks agreement and issue your key card.
If you are renting your home, you’ll need to contact your landlord. The POA only provides key cards to homeowners.
